Beyonce, Kim Kardashian Spotted at the Dermatologist; Was Reality Star 'Fawning' Over Singer? (PHOTOS)
Beyonce and Kim Kardashian were recently spotted visiting the same dermatologist last week and while fans assumed they were enjoying a girls' day out, one report claims that it was actually an awkward run-in.

On Friday the iconic singer, 32, and the reality TV star, 33, were both photographed at the Lancer Dermatology clinic in Beverly Hills. The pair are believed to have met through their respective partners Jay Z and Kanye West, who are very close.

"[Kim] seemed so excited to see Beyonce and was really eagerly going over to her ... but Beyonce looked like she wanted nothing to do with Kim and was really trying to stay away from her," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Kim was basically fawning all over her!"
The pair reportedly spoke about their respective daughters Blue Ivy and North and Kardashian was heard gushing about motherhood.
"'It's so good to be a mom and North is great and I love being with her. She's just amazing,'" Kardashian was quoted as telling Queen B.
"Beyonce looked like she couldn't have cared less," the source revealed. "It seemed so clear that she did not want to talk with Kim and was just being polite to her. They really didn't look at all like friends."
The report comes one month after insiders claimed Beyonce and Jay Z will in fact attend Kardashian's upcoming wedding to West, however, Beyonce has reportedly set strict rules to protect her privacy.
The E! network will reportedly film Kardashian and West's upcoming wedding and air the footage in a spinoff show, but Beyonce wants no part of filming.
"Under no circumstances will she be a part of any filming on the wedding day if it's for Kim's reality show," another source said.
"Jay and Beyonce's wedding was shrouded in secrecy and extreme lengths were made to make sure their wedding was an intimate affair for friends and family, only," the source explained. "This will be the complete opposite. She thinks it's just tacky."
