1. Black Friday sales begin before Friday.

MSN Money noted that many major retail chains will begin Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving Day. Amazon, for example, has announced that it will begin its Black Friday sale several days before Friday.

2. Apple offers Black Friday sale items online and in stores.

While many believe that Apple only offers Black Friday discounts on retail store items, MSN Money noted that the same discounts are offered online with free shipping. However, the website said better sale deals on various Apple products can be found at reseller websites, such as Amazon, MacConnection, and MacMail.

3. Black Friday is the best time to buy a new TV.

MSN Money noted that many HDTV sets are offered for the lowest prices of the year during Black Friday. Similar discounts can also be found around December when manufacturers, such as Samsung, release their 2012 models.
