Black Friday 2011: The Definitive Shopping Deal Finder
This year’s Black Friday sales will start earlier, with many shops opening at midnight in an attempt to increase consumer spending. The sales will continue throughout the weekend offering deals to bargain hunting consumers.
Items such as electronics are almost always at their lowest prices on Black Friday, and are set to be a big winner in the sales.
FatWallet, an online shopping resource website, has launched its 2011 Black Friday Deal Finder to help find the best deals all in one spot. It will have over 20,000 listings.
"Most shoppers do not have the time and resources to efficiently sort through all the various Black Friday ads to find the best deals," says FatWallet COO Ryan Washatka. "We created the Black Friday Deal Finder and iPhone app to do the work for our shoppers. With a single tool, users will be able to search for the best deals by store, product, brand, or price. There's no better way to plan your holiday shopping on a budget."
FatWallet will offer up-to-the-minute sales, coupons, insider tips from various resources. Users will be kept up to date on breaking Black Friday news and deals.
The Black Friday Deal Finder is available online and iPhone users can also download the Black Friday iPhone App for free at the iTunes store.
Ads from Macy’s and Radio Shack have already been posted on the site. As soon as retailers’ Black Friday ads are leaked to the public, each item will be tagged by FatWallet in its Deal Finder, allowing users to easily search, sort and shop for the item.
The Deal Finder was a huge success last year, offering over 13,000 deals from major retailers.
