Blackberry Android Phone Specs Rumors: Alleged Render of First Android-Running Blackberry Device Leaked
During the mobile phone revolution more than a decade ago, Blackberry was among the most popular phone companies, thanks to its iconic QWERTY keypad, and secured tools and features.
Fast forward to 2015 and the company has yet to recognise the direction it will take. Last year, the company developed a few decent devices that featured its classic phones. There was also a high-end one, named the Blackberry Passport. Interestingly, all of Blackberry's smartphones revealed last year boast the company's famed keypad.
But while there is nothing wrong with Blackberry handsets when it comes to hardware, more people have been so accustomed using Android that they look for its features even in other mobile platforms.

Fortunately, rumor has it that the Canada-based manufacturer will finally unleash its first smartphone that runs on Android out of the box. Most of the company's phones can run Android apps with the help of a little tweaking.
According to a report by BGR, an alleged leaked image of the Android-powered Blackberry device has surfaced courtesy of Crackberry, a website that is dedicated in bringing the latest news, updates, and rumors about upcoming Blackberry devices.
Based on the report, the mysterious device will boast some serious specs including a 5.4-inch display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, an 18MP primary camera, a hexa-core CPU clocked at 1.8GHz, a Snapdragon 808 chipset, and 3GB of RAM.
Dubbed as "Venice," the Blackberry Android phone would reportedly come with a curved edge display that is similar to that of the Galaxy S6 Edge. What's more interesting is that the device will reportedly be made available in the United States right away, and network provider T-Mobile will be offering it to its subscribers.
Of course, all of these are mere rumors so make sure to take them with a pinch of salt.
