Bret Michaels Meltdown Shows True Stress of Reality TV's Personalities (VIDEO)
Longtime-rocker and entertainer Bret Michaels had an emotional breakdown after he was booted off form NBC's hit television show "The Apprentice."
The former Poison singer was the first person let go from the all-star edition of Donald Trump's reality television show, and was so distraught after being let go that he reportedly had a meltdown off camera.
"Bret was crying and totally distraught after he was fired … Bret totally went into the show believing he was going to win again … He couldn't believe it that he was let go so quickly. It was brutal to watch him freaking out the way he did," a source told Radar Online.

Michaels, who had previously won the competition, could not believe that he was the first person to be kicked off the show and the news was hard for the singer to take.
"I thought they were punking me. I looked around to see what they were talking about," Michaels told The Hollywood Reporter after he left the show's set.
After news of the meltdown made its way back to Trump, the real estate mogul said that Michaels should not have come back as a contestant, but should have been a boardroom adviser.
Trump did add that letting Michaels go was justified, explaining that he couldn't keep him on the show because his funding efforts were not keeping pace with the other contestants.
However, Michaels insists that he was let go for other reasons- chiefly that he decided to partner with the infamous Omarosa.
"She is known as evil incarnate on TV … I figured, if I embraced it and unleashed her on the other team, we would win this hands down until we had to fight each other. That grenade blew up in my hand," Michaels told The Hollywood Reporter.
Michaels, who won the 2009 "Celebrity Apprentice" season, was playing on behalf of the Life Rocks Foundation-National Philanthropic Trust.
