Casting Crowns earned RIAA Platinum status for their record "Until the Whole World Hears" on Tuesday, marking the band's fifth album to reach the coveted status.

"Until the Whole World Hears" was first released in 2009 and features songs that discuss God, Jesus, and salvation, with many songs being renditions of classic hymns.

The group's success does not end there. Casting Crowns' latest release "Thrive" was named the best-selling record of 2014, according to the Christian/Gospel Neilson SoundScan chart. Furthermore, the record-breaking group just performed a sold-out show at New York City's Carnegie Hall on Jan. 24. The unique worship experience featured a 275-member choir and a 40-piece orchestra.
