Chris Brown Reveals Reason Behind Twitter Rants
Chris Brown, the 24-year-old singer-songwriter, is revealing why he decides to rant on Twitter from time to time.
Brown ranted about his probation last month, stemming from a 2009 domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
"(Expletive) done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist (expletive) crying to the judge that I didn't do it. (Expletive) the SYSTEM," Brown tweeted. "How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row. Promote helping people that are really (expletive) up in your city!"
He recently opened up to Annex Man's magazine about his reason for sounding off on Twitter.
"Everyone has moments of frustration," Brown told the publication. "I tend to voice what I'm feeling, for the good or the bad…I think I wear my heart on my sleeve…Music will always be apart of my life."
Still, he revealed that it is not always easy being scrutinized by the media.
"If we lived in an ideal world, we wouldn't enjoy seeing other people fail and falter and suffer, but unfortunately that's not the case," Brown told Annex. "People want to know who you are and about you but some of the media doesn't always give the full story…"
The singer admitted that as a 24-year-old man, he still has room for growth.
"…I expect to have highs and lows, that's life. I am open to every day and to every experience," he told Annex. "I'm only 24. I have a long way to go and I embrace that journey…"
While he is still growing, Brown has revealed that he is still willing to be a leader.
"..Truly happy to have my fans and life. Even wit the bs," Brown tweeted last month. "Can't make a leader.. They have to be chosen by the people. #iju love….(SIC)"
