Clint Eastwood Reality Show in the Works

A Clint Eastwood reality show is in the works. His wife and daughters have signed on to a reality television series, E! has announced Tuesday.

"Mrs. Eastwood & Company" will only see the actor-director appear occasionally, but will focus on Dina Eastwood and two daughters Francesca, 18, and Morgan, 15.

The legendary Hollywood star, 81, married Dina in 1996. Although Eastwood's daughter Francesca is from another marriage, the 18-year-old calls Dina "Mom."

"Nothing is more important to me than family - no matter how you define that," said Dina in a statement.

The new show on E! will follow the family in their daily lives as well as highlight Dina's recent undertaking - managing a six-man a cappella group called Overtone.

"People may be surprised by how we live our lives and our unconventional approach," continued Mrs. Eastwood. "I also believe that it's hard not to fall in love with my band, Overtone."

Dina explained that she discovered the native South African band while on a movie set with her husband.

"I found then when Clint was filming 'Invictus,' said Dina. "I flipped out for them. I said, 'I'm moving them over here.'"

According to the 46-year-old, Overtone had only been in the U.S. for three days, staying at the Eastwood residence in Carmel, Calif., when one member accidentally crashed Clint's brand-new Mercedes into a grocery store.

"From the day they got off the plane, everyone said, 'This has to be a show,'" explained Dina.

Entertainment Television, or E!, has ordered 10 episodes of "Mrs. Eastwood & Co."

"I'm really proud of my family," Clint Eastwood said in a statement. "They are a constant source of inspiration and entertainment."

Eastwood has five other children in addition to Francesca and Morgan, but they are not expected to appear on the show.

The series follows the success of family-based reality shows such as "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "The Osbournes."

The 10-episode series is scheduled to premiere on E! May 20.
