Duchess Kate Reveals Baby Bump During Shopping Trip (PHOTO)

Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton debuted her burgeoning baby bump during an outing in West London on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old, who is rumored to be 3 months along in her pregnancy, stepped out in chic maternity wear including an oversized tartan-print Zara cape which covered her baby bump. Middleton also wore a black scarf, black leggings and riding boots while shopping for black leggings and brown boots, according to People magazine.

The baby bump photograph comes after recent claims that Middleton has started undergoing hypnotherapy treatments in a bid to ease her morning sickness following her Dec. 3 hospitalization. While her health is said to be improving daily, she is hoping that hypnotherapy will help relieve the hyperemesis gravidarum (sever morning sickness) entirely, according to Australia's New Idea Magazine.

"Kate still looks at food and feels nauseous. She's been plagued with that feeling you have when you've had food poisoning and your stomach's shrunk. She finds it very hard to eat a full meal and gets full very quickly," Jessica Jay, an alleged friend of Middleton's, told New Idea.

"The hypnotherapy is taking away any negative thoughts connected with food from the morning sickness, and replacing them with cravings for healthy, nutritious food," she explained.

Middleton and her husband of two years, Prince Williams, recently confirmed that their first child is due in July.

"Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July," a St James' Palace spokesman said. "The Duchess's condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month."

The Duke of Cambridge, 30, will reportedly present Middleton with a home in Scotland near the Queen's Balmoral estate as an early push present to mark the birth of their first child. Push presents, also referred to as push gifts, are generally given to mothers before or after the birth of a child to mark the special occasion.

"William has been looking into adding another house to their portfolio and he wants it to be a surprise to Kate," a source reportedly told Life & Style magazine. "He wants it to be a holiday home that they can visit when they are not working ... It will likely be something cottage style and cozy."
