Recent reports have indicated that “Dancing with the Stars” professional Lacey Schwimmer has gone under the knife for plastic surgery.

A source close to the 23-year-old dancer told Us Weekly that Schwimmer received a breast augmentation to enhance her bust size from a B to a C.

“Lacey’s told friend she got a boob job. She’s wanted one for awhile so she went ahead and did it,” the insider said.

Schwimmer has attracted criticism for her shape in the past, and has boasted that she was “happy” with her athletic figure instead of a thin shape. The insider revealed that Schwimmer is happier with her new look.

“She loves the results and she’s proud of her new shape,” said the source.

The U.K.’s Daily Mail reported that Schwimmer has undergone many procedures in the past as well, including a nose job and lip enhancement.

The professional dancer most recently appeared on season 13 of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” alongside partner Chaz Bono. The couple was eliminated after six performances on the show.

Bono’s inclusion on the reality dance competition caused a stir of controversy as the transgender contestant offended some viewers. Also, audience members questioned Bono’s “celebrity” status for he is the only child of famous singing duo Sonny and Cher, while others, especially those in the LBGT community, lauded Bono’s addition to the cast.

Subsequent to Bono’s elimination from the show, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) released a statement.

“Chaz bravely put on his dancing shoes and became a fan favorite, showing millions of viewers that he’s like any other guy,” said GLAAD President Mike Thompson.

“Though it’s sad to see him go, Chaz has helped countless people better understand what it means to be transgender. He should be commended for both his courage and determination. We hope Chaz’s time on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is just the beginning in a long line of transgender-inclusive programming across the media,” Thompson added.

Although Bono was sent home for good, his pro partner Schwimmer has not yet confirmed whether she will return for the next season of “DWTS.”
