Galaxy Note 2 Release Date Announced for Ruby Wine and Amber Brown Models
The Galaxy Note 2 release date for the Ruby Wine and Amber Brown models was announced this week.
These two new colors will be released to South Korean consumers sometime next week.
The S Pen will also be available in both of these colors.
Pictures of the Amber Brown Galaxy Note 2 leaked onto the internet last week.
The Ruby Wine and Amber Brown Galaxy Note 2 models were first discovered in a leaked ad photo from Korea at the end of last month.
The Galaxy Note 2 launched in the fall of 2012 and has been one of Samsungs most successful devices to date. The smartphone-tablet hybrid has already sold over 5 million units since its official launch. It is currently available in Marble White and Pebble Blue in the U.S. and can be purchased on all major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint.
The two new colors are sure to add some more excitement to the line and allow Samsung to sell the device at an even faster rate. The Galaxy Note and Note 2 have greatly contributed to Samsung's success in recent years.
Both have sold extremely well and are a hit with critics. The Note 2 also features top-of-the-line specifications.
The phablet packs a quad-core processor with a beautiful HD 5.5-inch display and has the ability to use multi-window mode, allowing the device to multi-task the way a user would on a personal computer.
Users can run two applications simultaneously with the feature, which splits the screen in order to perform this task. The Galaxy Note 2 was the first device able to do this and the Galaxy S3 is expected to follow suit once the software update is released.
