Galaxy S5 Pre-Orders to Reach Half a Million on T-Mobile?
T-Mobile seems to be generating a lot of interest for the Galaxy S5 as 300,000 people have already pre-registered for more information on the device.
The company revealed this impressive number via Twitter earlier this week.
"This just in! #GalaxyS5 pre-registrations at @T-Mobile now over 300k! HUGE!," said Des, T-Mobile senior product guy.

These aren't exactly reservations, but the hunger for more information hints at even bigger pre-order numbers as there are sure to be many who already have their mind made up when it comes to purchasing the device. This is also a pretty high number for T-Mobile, who is the smallest out of the four major U.S. carriers.
The Galaxy S5 release date was announced for four major U.S. carriers T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.
All of these companies have confirmed that they will begin carrying the device in April. The slightly smaller U.S. Cellular will also begin offering the device around the same time. None of these carriers have confirmed an exact day.
The Galaxy S5 will hit the U.K. carriers in April as well. EE, Three and Vodafone all confirmed that they will be selling the device, and Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse will have it in stock.
Canada users will be able to get their hands on the S5 through carriers Bell, Fido, Rogers, Eastlink, MTS, Koodo, SaskTel, Videotron, Virgin Mobile, TELUS and WIND Mobile. Bell is the only company that has confirmed an April release for the device.
The S5 will launch in Australia on carriers Optus, Vodafone AU, Telstra and Virgin Mobile. Telstra and Vodafone have posted up "register of interest" pages for the device, however, none of these companies have announced dates at this time.
