Galaxy Tab 2, LG Optimus G and LG Mach Coming to Sprint
Sprint announced that it will be releasing three new Android devices including the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, LG Optimus G and the LG Mach.
"Sprint is continually recognized as having one of the best device lineups in the industry and we are committed to bringing our customers 4G LTE to all the products they enjoy," said David Owens, vice president of Products for Sprint. "We strive to be an innovative leader and this group of devices represents the continual expansion of 4G products to Sprint's portfolio."
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 comes with a large beautiful display and functions on the carrier's 4G LTE network. It is a great device for watching videos and it and works as a universal smart remote that helps users easily find their favorite TV shows.
It also boasts two cameras including a rear 3-megapixel shooter with LED flash, and a front camera for video chatting.
The LG Optimus G was unveiled earlier this month and was confirmed for both Sprint and AT&T. The device boasts Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU quad-core processor and a high-density 2100mAh battery.
It also comes with a 4.7-inch True HD display and a 13-megapixel camera that has the ability to use a new feature called Time Catch Shot that empowers users to choose the best photo among various shots taken before the shutter button is pressed.
It also features "cheese shutter" that allows users to take a photo by simply saying the word "cheese." The LG Optimus G comes with 32GB of internal memory and Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.
The LG Mach is made for cutting through the clutter of more than 600,000 apps in the in the Google Play store by giving customers access to a variety of mobile ID packs that include apps, ringers, wallpapers, widgets, and more.
