George Clooney, Stacy Keibler Split? Rep Denies Actor Has Commitment Issues
George Clooney has denied reports that he and Stacy Keibler have split up and insists that they are still going strong.
A British tabloid had claimed that the 51-year-old actor had grown tired of Keibler, 32, and that he had ended their 1-year relationship over his alleged commitment issues. A representative for Clooney, however, blasted the report as false.
"A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true," the rep stated. He added that the article is a "total fabrication designed to sell newspapers," GossipCop.com. reported.
"[Keibler] hoped they would be together long-term [but] George wants to be on his own again. [She] is now telling friends: It's over," a source allegedly told The Sun U.K.
The breakup rumors follow months of speculation that the former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader may be pregnant with the couple's first child.
The pair, whose relationship continues to draw interest among fans, recently celebrated their 1-year anniversary with a trip to Italy, where Keibler addressed the pregnancy reports.
A source close to the former wrestler dismissed the rumors as being "100% FALSE," according to TMZ.com, and Keibler, still eager to dispel the rumors, posted a photo of her toned stomach on Twitter- a direct attempt to put an end to speculation that she is expecting.
Keibler's revealing photo left her Twitter fans in awe of her toned physique, which she attributes to her former cheerleading and wrestling gigs as well as her passion for health and exercise.
"I started dancing and playing sports at a young age, and then I got into cheerleading and I've always had that. I go to Barry's Bootcamp, I go to Physique 57- every week is different for me," Keibler previously told Us Weekly Magazine.
"But even at 15 I was going to the gym. I've just always been conscious of being healthy and I'm really very balanced. I like to eat a lot so I have to work out a lot to balance it out," she added.
