Holly Madison's Baby Girl Born in Vegas: No Name, But Parents 'Overjoyed'
Holly Madison's baby girl was born in Las Vegas Tuesday to the former Playboy model and her boyfriend, Pasquale Rotella. Madison, 33, and Rotella, 38, are forming a family around their first child together.
Holly Madison's baby was born without a name and currently remains nameless, she revealed. Despite the child be unnamed, she said she's just happy to be a mother.
"Pasquale and I welcomed our first child, a baby girl!" she told In Touch magazine. "We haven't decided on a name for her but we couldn't be any more overjoyed than at this moment."
Madison, who formerly dated Hugh Hefner and appeared on reality series "The Girls Next Door," had the baby at 11:59 a.m. The child weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, according to Us Weekly. The 33-year-old mom had an Alice in Wonderland-themed nursery custom built for her arrival.
Rotella, a party promoter and founder of the Electric Daisy Carnival, also expressed his joy at becoming a father.
"I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time," he told In Touch magazine. "Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."
Madison, who formerly starred in the Peepshow burlesque performance in Las Vegas, said that it's time to put her more risqué days behind her. Instead of posing for various publications, she said she wants to make her kids proud of her.
"I know I will be an incredibly loving, supportive and involved mom. My hope is I can help my kids find their passions and give them - within reason - what they will need to follow their dreams. I will try to accomplish this by being the kind of mom who builds a strong and solid family life and support system," Madison explained.
"Having a child changes your perspective," she added. "You want to do things that will make them proud of you."
Madison and Rotella plan on getting married this summer.
