The device will retail on AT&T for $99.99 with a new two-year contract.

The device features impressive specs including an aluminum body, a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2 HD 720p display, a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual-core 1.4GHz processor, and HTC's UltraPixel Camera with backside illuminated sensor that captures 300 percent more light than traditional smartphone sensors.

This allows users to take better photos in low light and bright light.

"The HTC One mini is pocket-friendly but packed with large experiences- an HD screen, our breakthrough UltraPixel camera, a homescreen with customized feeds from news networks including Instragram, and huge sound from its front-facing stereo speakers," said Jason Mackenzie president of HTC North America.

The HTC mini also comes with the company's own Blinkfeed, Zoe and BoomSound features.

Blinkfeed puts all of the user's favorite content onto their homepage in a special feed so it is extremely easy for them to access.

The ultrapixel camera will have features such as HTC Zoe and Video Highlights. HTC Zoe allows the owner to create three-second videos and Video Highlights automatically films 30-second shows from footage and pictures a user takes.

BoomSound provides users with premium sound quality out of the device's stock speakers. Beats audio enhances the sound on the HTC One line and out does the systems found on other smartphones.
