iPhone 4S Release Date: LIVE - A5 Chip to Run 'Infinity Blade 2'
At today's Apple press conference, it has been revealed that the upcoming iPhone 4S will include the iPad A5 Chip, which will run the new video game "Infinity Blade 2."
This new hardware chip will run video game graphics at a 7x faster processing speed, which will do some amazing things for several of Apple's smartphone video games.
Mike Capps, executive president of Epic Games, took to the stage after this announcement was made.
He went on to talk about the company's video game "Infinity Blade" and its forthcoming successor, "Infinity Blade 2".
The game's amazing graphics was on full display at the event.
Dynamic Light Rays, a graphics software system that was used for Epic Games' XBox 360 games "Gears of War", has now been brought to the iPhone.
The footage shown of the game in motion was said to be really impressive. The graphics had a very cinematic feel to them, which amazed viewers who got to see it run in real time.
"Infinity Blade 2" will be available on Dec. 1.
