Jenelle Evans of 'Teen Mom 2' Arrested Again
Jenelle Evans, one of the stars of MTV’s “Teen Mom 2” has been arrested again, after former roommate Hannah Inman filed charges of harassment.
According to reports, Evans was arrested Tuesday morning for “communicating threats” and making “harassing phone calls” to Inman. She was able to post a $1,000 bond and released. Attorney Dustin Sullivan stated, “These charges against Jenelle are completely absurd and retaliatory in nature.”
Evans’ Facebook page rails against the arrest, saying, “As I’m about to walk out the door to go to the hospital the cop is at my door, and I got down on my knees and pour out tears. I was so upset. I had to go to jail THEN (sic) go to the hospital.”
This is not the first time Evans has been arrested; she was first arrested in Oct. 2010 for breaking and entering as well as drug possession. She was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation but arrested again in March 2011 for assault. Evans was released on bond; she entered a treatment facility in May, but in August was arrested again for violation of parole.
In Nov. 2011, attorney Sullivan told E! News, “She has been doing everything that has been asked of her. She’s been doing tremendously well. I have no doubt it will be a successful probation.”
These new charges come during Evans’ latest probation; there is no word yet whether she will actually serve time. She has one son, Jace, who is being raised by her mother, Barbara.
