Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux fueled pregnancy rumors during Sunday night's Oscars following a suspicious pose on the red carpet.

The engaged couple, who denied reports they are expecting a baby girl in November, arrived hand in hand at the 85th Academy Awards in Hollywood and flashed smiles for cameras. At one point Theroux, 41, placed his hand on Aniston's stomach and caressed her lovingly which sparked a twitter frenzy among fans on Twitter.

"Did anyone catch Justin's hand on her stomach? OMG Jen Aniston's so pregnant!" Tamara tweeted.

"If Jennifer ISN'T pregnant, that was a very bizarre pose on Theroux's part. Congrats to the happy couple in advance #obviouslypregnant," Kaye tweeted.

"I hope Jennifer Aniston is pregnant...she looks b----- amazing! She's a little less toned and a little fuller...glowing! ;)," Lauren Jones tweeted.

The pregnancy speculation follows recent reports claiming that the former "Friends" actress is pregnant with twins.

"Jen's feeling giddy with excitement right now. She's dying to tell the world her amazing news," a source told OK! Magazine.

"She never imagined that at this age she'd be planning to be a first-time mom with twins!" the source added.

In December the couple reportedly held a star studded engagement party in Los Angeles and sources claimed that Aniston, 43, showed signs of being in the early stages of her pregnancy. One source claimed that the actress steered clear of alcohol and raw fish during the party, which some critics perceive to be a sign that she and Theroux are in fact expecting their first child.

"They had a margarita bar, but she didn't go near it, opting for water instead. It was so unlike her and didn't go unnoticed," a source previously told Grazia magazine about the event, which was attended by close friends Demi Moore and Ellen DeGeneres.

"She was also picky with what she ate, and didn't touch the huge sushi platter, which is one of her favorite foods," the source added.

Aniston has allegedly begun clearing up her work schedule for 2013, which fans suspect may be in preparation of a baby. The Daily claims that the actress pulled out of "Getting Rid Of Matthew," a film adaptation of the book by Ricky Gervais' partner Jane Fallon.
