Justin Bieber Apologizes to Former President Bill Clinton After Cursing Him
Pop singer Justin Bieber, who was recently caught on tape urinating in a mop bucket then screaming "F*** Bill Clinton" while spraying a photo of the former president with cleaning liquid after a wild night out, has apologized to Clinton for his behavior.
An unidentified source told E! News that 19-year-old Bieber spoke with Clinton on Wednesday and according to their report, "it sounds as if Clinton was really cool about it!"
The source told E! News that the former president took the shot at him in jest saying something to the effect of: "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."
Clinton's response apparently made the young singer feel better as he publicly thanked the ex-president on Twitter for talking with him.
"@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant a lot," Bieber tweeted.
Bieber also reportedly offered to help with the Clinton Global Initiative but he was told "to focus on the good that he can do for the world – and to keep an eye on his friends (one of whom purportedly leaked the video in question)," according to the E! News report.
Bieber also recently upset Chicago Blackhawks fans for standing on the team's logo in their locker room playing around the NHL's highest honor, the Stanley Cup.
The Blackhawks later released a statement on that issue, noting that they didn't have a problem with it.
"As frequently happens with guests in our room, Justin inadvertently stepped on the team logo on the floor but moved off quickly once immediately reminded," said Brandon Faber, senior director of Media & Community Relations.
"He was apologetic and understanding of the tradition but continued to take photos with the Cup and some young fans. He was extremely genuine and kind with his time. We appreciate his enthusiasm towards hockey and wish him well with the remainder of his tour."
