Kailyn Lowry Welcomes Second Son: 'So In Love With This New Little Boy'

"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin welcomed a new addition over the weekend. Lowry gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Saturday afternoon.

Baby Lincoln Marshall arrived at 4:28 p.m. on Nov. 16, weighing in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces, reported Lowry. She already has one son, Isaac, from a previous relationship with Jo Rivera. Lowry married Marroquin in September of last year and celebrated their one-year anniversary with a renewal ceremony in New Jersey this year.

"I am exhausted but we are so excited and surprised by our new baby boy," Lowry told Us Weekly.

"Congrats on the baby boy," co-star Jenelle Evans tweeted.

As part of a new trend, Lowry decided to ingest her placenta after the birth of her son. She tweeted the decision to fans, which received mixed reaction.

"Just paid for my placenta to be encapsulated! Every other mammal in the animal kingdom [eats] it," Lowry tweeted. "Javi's iffy with it. He says he won't try it but I think he will," she added."

The second-time mother is adjusting to life with a newborn in the house, according to her tweets.

"Back into the world of sleepless nights! Good morning! So in love with this new little boy," Lowry tweeted to her 806,000 followers.

Lowry had previously been trying to induce natural labor by going for long walks, but nothing was successful. Baby Lincoln has already been introduced to big brother Isaac, who seems thrilled to finally have a sibling in the house. In a photo released by Lowry, the 3-year-old is all smiles as he holds his little brother.

It's unknown if MTV will air a special about Lowry's life with two babies, or even do a feature on the birth of her second child. Fans fully support Lowry, though, and are still as intrigued by her life as they were when she was on "Teen Mom 2."
