Katie Holmes Male Companion, Dinner Date With Man and His Wife?
Katie Holmes was spotted Friday night on what many believe to be a date, but new reports have revealed that the night was about business and not pleasure.
The age old rule states that one should not mix business and pleasure, so when Katie Holmes went out Friday night she was careful to send a clear message about her intentions.
As it would turn out, Holmes mystery man is none other than her lawyer Jonathan Wolfe and the two were merely working out more business. To clarify that it was not a date, Wolfe even brought along his wife Renee and the party of three all dined together.
The trio dined at the NoMad Hotel in Manhattan's Gramercy neighborhood, according to People magazine. When asked on Friday how she was enjoying a night out without her daughter and now ex-husband Tom Cruise, Holmes offered a simple answer.
"Great, thank you," she told TMZ.
Holmes did however, spend all of Saturday with her daughter Suri at the Bronx Zoo. Both ladies appeared to be faring well without Cruise around. Holmes has even secured an upcoming Broadway role in "Dead Accounts."
Cruise on the other hand, does not appear to be handling the situation as well. The actor allegedly booked an additional week at an English hotel in an attempt to avoid returning to Manhattan and having to face Holmes.
"Everything was packed and ready to go," a source close to the actor reported to Mail Online. "The jet had been refueled and the flight scheduled but a call came in from his assistant saying he was refusing to leave. He was talking about not being ready to go back to America."
