Khloe Kardashian Fans Blast Lamar Odom Ex Over 'Maternal' Comment

Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom have openly shared their struggles to conceive over the past two years, so it is no surprise that fans of the reality stars are up in arms over comments made recently by the NBA player's ex-girlfriend.

Liza Morales, who shares two children with Odom, recently revealed that she does not know whether Kardashian, 28, would be a good mother. While some believe that the comment was innocent, critics have accused the "Starter Wives Confidential" star of taking a jab at Kardashian.

In an article published in the New York Daily News, the headline suggested that Morales had said Kardashian "isn't very maternal," and as a result, some readers were outraged.

"Pretty damn nasty to call her out for not being maternal when she's been trying so hard for so long to get pregnant! Stop being bitter, take your alimony, and buy a new Lamar!" one reader wrote.

"What a spiteful thing to say about someone who has been trying for a baby for years!! She just sounds like an angry bitter ex!" another wrote.

"Liza's comments are so rude! How insensitive. She's just jealous of Khloe," another wrote.

What Morales actually told the New York Daily News' Confidential was "I don't know if she's good maternally, I don't know. As long as my kids are good, I'm good. As long as my kids are taken care of and I haven't heard anything negative, then I'm good."

The mother of two, who is set to star in TLC's new reality TV show "Starter Wives Confidential," also acknowledged the constant comparisons to Kardashian. Some critics believe that the pair share a resemblance, but Morales disagrees.

"I'm 100% Puerto Rican and I was here first. I was here first, so she has a resemblance to me. I don't see it," she said adding "We both have dark hair. We both have a cherub face. I don't think we look alike, but I have heard it. Imitation is a form of flattery!"

Kardashian, who reportedly began undergoing fertility treatments in a quest to conceive, has not yet responded to Morales' remarks regarding whether the reality star is maternal or not.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has spent much of her time in recent weeks lashing out at reports of marital woes after it was claimed that she and her husband of three years are divorcing.

Life and Style magazine claimed that the Clippers star had walked out on his wife and that he had even spent time with an exotic dancer named "Jasmine." A source claims that Kardashian is more determined to have a child in a bid to save their marriage.

"She wants to have a baby in hopes of saving their marriage. "It's so clear Khloe and Lamar are having issues, even if Khloé doesn't want to own up to it," a friend allegedly told Life & Style magazine.

"If Khloé gave Lamar a baby now, she thinks it would really solidify them, it would create an everlasting bond. A baby would cement them," a second friend said.
