Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Saga: NBA Star's Drug Addiction Admission Expected Soon, Sources Say
Sources are revealing that NBA star Lamar Odom is expected to publicly admit an alleged drug abuse problem related to his addiction to prescription medication.
Multiple reports state that Odom, 33, has battled addiction to Oxycontin and Ambien for the past two years. He was even allegedly previously encouraged to seek help by members of the Kardashian family.
Khloe Kardashian's husband was reportedly in rehab at an undisclosed facility for about three weeks towards the end of his last season with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to Radar Online.

Odom is expected to release a statement revealing his addiction, sources added. It has been alleged that the use of such prescription drugs developed around the time he is thought to have carried on an extra martial relationships.
There are also reports insisting that allegations of Odom using crack cocaine are false as sources have continued to state the Odom's addiction lies with prescription medications.
Sources close to the family reveal Jenner has been "acting as the de facto marriage counselor and mediator between Lamar and Khloe," the source told RadarOnline.com.
"Khloe kicked Lamar out of their home several weeks ago and he has been living in different hotels. Kris believes that Lamar has a lot of unresolved issues surrounding his childhood and he needs to work through it."
While the celebrity couple has had a difficult past couple of months Kris is supporting Khloe while advising her to fight for her marriage.
"She is encouraging Khloe not to give up on her marriage and not file for divorce…Khloe hasn't been able to forgive him yet, but a divorce likely won't happen," the insider added.
