Kim Kardashian Baby Girl: Kanye West Overjoyed at Announcement About Daughter (VIDEO)
Kim Kardashian is expecting a baby girl according to new reports out this weekend. The reality TV star and her rapper boyfriend, Kanye West, are said to be overjoyed at the news, although controversy continues to surround their relationship as she is still married to her estranged husband, Kris Humphries.
Despite the continued controversy, a source close to Kardashian has told Us Weekly that the couple is ecstatic, and West especially is excited as he has always wanted a daughter. The source told Us Weekly: "They're over the moon! Kanye always wanted a girl."
Kardashian and West have been dating since April 2012, and even though Kardashian is four months pregnant she is still technically married to estranged husband, NBA star Kris Humphries.

The married couple famously split after just 72 days of marriage, and their divorce has been extremely drawn out as Humphries wants the matter taken to court so he can attempt to prove the whole marriage was a fraud. He wants an annulment rather than a divorce, claiming Kardashian was simply using the marriage to boost her ratings and that the entire thing was a sham. Kardashian has denied the claims.
News of Kardashian's pregnancy was announced in December. At that time her sister Kourtney Kardashian posted: "Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!"
Model Kendall Jenner, also expressed her excitement at her sister's baby: "Whos excited about the KIMYE babbyyy?! :D weeee."
Meanwhile Khloe Kardashian posted: "KIMYE!!!!! Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!!"
Her husband Lamar also posted: "I'm excited for Kanye and my sister! There's nothing like bringing life into this world! Let's keep Gods blessings coming!"
Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel last month on TV, Kim Kardashian said, "If anyone knows Kanye, they just know how into fashion he is, and I think he's going to have things specially made. So I don't think hand-me-downs are going to work."
The controversy surrounding her being pregnant by West while still being married to Humphries is likely to continue as their upcoming divorce hearing has now been scheduled.
