Kim Kardashian Divorce: Producer Testifies, Admits to Faking Scenes
Kim Kardashian reportedly suffered a blow in her divorce case against Kris Humphries following the revelation that one of her E! reality TV show producers staged scenes to make the NBA star less appealing to viewers.
Russell Jay, who is a producer on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," was recently called to testify under oath in Kardashian's divorce case. He reportedly confirmed Humphries' claims that some scenes were "scripted, reshot or edited" in order to portray the Brooklyn Nets star as the show's villain.
Kardashian, 31, not only knew about Kris' "surprise" proposal, but she insisted producers reshoot the scene because "she didn't like how her face looked in the first take," a court document obtained by Life & Style magazine revealed.

The scenes in question feature Kardashian at one point seeking marital advice from her mother Kris Jenner and during another episode, she is seen lashing out at Humphries, 28, over an alleged party he threw in their hotel room. Both scenes portrayed Humphries in a negative light.
Kardashian infamously filed for divorce from Humphries in 2011 after just 72 days of marriage, but Humphries refuses refuses to sign divorce papers. The Nets star is insisting on an annulment based on fraud and Jay's recent testimony appears to support Humphries' fraud claim.
"Kris feels vindicated," a friend of Humphries allegedly told Life & Style. "It's obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are."
Humphries was featured on the special E! Reality TV show "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event," which aired a special of the pair's over-the-top lavish nuptials. Kardashian, who is now expecting a child with rapper Kanye West, reportedly raked in $17.9 million through filming and allegedly by selling photo rights to People magazine, according to The New York Post.
Humphries reportedly believes that Kardashian married him to boost publicity for the show and for financial gain.
"Kris' case will be very simple and straightforward. He believes the key to proving that the marriage was fraudulent lies in the production and filming of the Kardashian reality shows," a source reportedly told RadarOnline.com.
"The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings. Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way," a separate source said.
