Kristin Cavallari Hits Back at 'Fat' Jab on Twitter

Kristin Cavallari was forced to respond to an insulting remark that was made about her weight by one of her Twitter followers recently.

Cavallari, who is expecting her first child and currently in the late stages of her pregnancy, tweeted a photo of her dress shortly before her baby shower over the weekend when one of her 800,000 followers responded.

"Makes you look fat," the Twitter user known as @sweetsexybox tweeted.

The 25-year-old, who is engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, immediately informed the follower about her pregnancy.

"Thanks I'm pregnant," Cavallari replied.

The former reality TV personality was reunited with her former "The Hills" co-stars at a private residence in West Hollywood where her baby shower was held.

Guests included former MTV villains Heidi Montag, 25 and her husband Spencer Pratt, 28, and Pratt's younger sister Stephanie, according to US Weekly Magazine.

"Kristin was glowing and gorgeous. She looked so happy! Guys were there, too. It was co-ed," a source told US adding "It was like a fun party!"

Around 30 guests attended and were treated to a three-tier sponge cake by Sweet Spils along with cocktail beverages.

Cavallari is said to have received various gifts including strollers, car seats, bath toys, blankets and baby clothes.

The baby will be the couple's first, and they recently confirmed speculation that their wedding has been put on hold until after Cavallari gives birth.

"We were talking about the possibility of having another kid right away and then getting married so we can have two kids close in age," Cavallari told Glamoholic.

"We want four kids, so we're thinking maybe have one more, then get married, then have two more. But we'll see - it all depends on how the first one goes," she added.
