Lindsay Lohan Attends Sundance, Announces New Film
Lindsay Lohan made a surprising appearance at this year's Sundance Film Festival where she announced a new film and a "fresh start."
The actress is recovering from a rough couple of years that included brushes with the law and rehab for drugs and alcohol.
On Monday, Jan. 20, Lohan made a high-profile debut at the annual film festival in Park City, Utah with news about a brand new project.

"I've never had the honor of coming here before… to bring something to the table, which is starting fresh for me," she said, according to the Associated Press.
The 27-year-old went on to explain that she would be producing and starring in a film titled "Inconceivable."
While shooting for the film begins in March, Lohan described it as a psychological thriller, noting that she "related to the character in a lot of ways."
Furthermore, Lohan is documenting her comeback with Oprah Winfrey's OWN.
"And I'm filming my Oprah-docu-series right now," Lohan noted, reported AP. "So [I'll get that] to the people who have been watching that as well."
"It's a nice change to be back among people that are in the industry that I've been in since I was a kid."
Sitting beside Lohan at Sundance was producer and financier Randall Emmett who voiced enthusiasm for the actress in "Inconceivable."
"She read the script, she called, she said, 'We're making this movie, are you in or out?' I said, 'I'm in,'" he recounted.
Emmett noted that Lohan's fans "are going to really be shocked when they see Lindsay take this role on."
Although Lohan has served as a producer before, her duties are even more pronounced with "Inconceivable."
"It's therapeutic for me to throw myself into something that really excites me and something that I love to do so much," she said.
Meanwhile, other details surrounding "Inconceivable" such as co-stars or director have not yet been determined.
