Lindsay Lohan May Not Go to Jail after All?
Lindsay Lohan will receive some unlikely support when she goes to court Wednesday and will most likely not be sentenced to jail, although Judge Stephanie Sautner said she could spend a year-and-a-half if it is deemed she broke parole.
The Probation Department told TMZ they felt Lohan had done most of what she was required to do. The sources said the department would tell the judges that Lohan is in "substantial compliance" with her probation terms.
The written report told the judge that although Lohan has been kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center for failing to ever to show up, they said she is still on track to complete her 360 hours of community service before the year is up.
These same sources said the department has been in touch with Lohan's shrink who said she has gone "regularly."
However, she did not address Judge Stephanie Sautner's suggestion to go to therapy once a week. The shrink stated she was satisfied with the amount of time Lohan spent with her.
The judge was clear stating if the young starlet violated any part of her order she would go to jail.
Lohan has already completed her shoplifting course after she received a 120 day suspended sentence for doing so.
The hearing is scheduled to take place Wed. at 10 a.m.
Lohan rose to prominence in the late 90s with her role in "Parent Trap" as she became the hottest young actress. Over the last couple of years her movie roles have diminished due to her legal and criminal troubles.
Her last released film was last years "Machete."
