Luke Bryan Falls Off Stage, Offers Joke and Updates Fans: 'I'm Good' (VIDEO)

Luke Bryan suffered an embarrassing tumble while performing in Charlotte, North Carolina this week.

The country music star was offering a rendition of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' "Can't Hold Us" when he lost hold of his footing, tumbling off the stage before thousands of audience members. Apparent in the video, Bryan had taken a step forward without knowing he was on the stage's edge. Following the fall, security personnel quickly helped the singer back on to the stage before he joked off the incident.

"So check this out, the last time I was in North Carolina, I busted my a-- onstage," the singer told the cheering crowd. "What is it about North Carolina that makes me bust my a--?"

In February, Bryan fell off the stage in Greensboro, NC.

"The point is YouTube that s---," he added, before performing his hit song "Crash My Party."

Then, on Friday, May 30, Bryan let his fans know of the injuries sustained during the fall.

"I'm good," he wrote on Twitter. "Few stitches."

He later added, "My socks scream liberty. Go USA."

Meanwhile, Bryan is not the only country star to suffer an embarrassing fall recently. Last September, Carrie Underwood got tripped up wearing high heels before landing flat on her bottom before a sold-out crowd in Corpus Christi, Texas. The "American Idol" alum's stiletto boot got caught on her long shirt, tripping the singer and bring her down onstage. Incredibly, Underwood only missed one beat during the haphazard move. Afterward, the "Blown Away" singer poked fun at herself on Twitter.

"Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious," Underwood wrote. "Oh wait, that was me! #5inchheels #klutz"

However, similar to Bryan's fall, Underwood suffered an injury due to the tumble, admitting at the time that she was having trouble moving her toes. Fortunately, the singer only needed a medical boot.

"Good news, it's not broken… AND I got some new footwear," she posted.
