Matt Lanter Engaged: '90210' Star's Romantic Proposal
"90210" actor Matt Lanter has announced his plans to marry longtime girlfriend Angela Stacy this week after a romantic proposal last month.
Portraying the womanizing Liam Court in the popular television series, it appears as though Lanter is far different in real life.
The 29-year-old heartthrob proposed to Stacy in Paris just weeks ago after three years of dating. Lanter presented a solitaire 4.2-carat diamond ring on a diamond band.

"They are a lovely couple," Lanter's representative told People magazine.
"Matt picked out and designed the ring himself," said a source close to the actor, according to Us Weekly. "It's gorgeous. Completely diamond encrusted with a solitaire, square-shaped diamond. They're super happy and she loves the ring."
Stacy, who graduated from Stark College, described Lanter as her "very best friend and the love of my life" on her Twitter page.
On Twitter, Lanter's bio reveals, "Christian. Actor. Jedi," and the Ohio native grew up playing numerous sports before pursuing a career in acting.
Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Lanter landed a role in Fox's series "Point Pleasant." He has since appeared in television shows such as "Grey's Anatomy," "8 Simple Rules," "Big Love," and "Heroes."
Lanter has also appeared in films such as "Sorority Row" and "Star Wars: The Clone Wars."
His role on "90210" began in 2009. The modern remake of "Beverly Hills, 90210" continues to be a popular television show amongst viewers. Several of Lanter's fans have taken to Twitter with the news of the actor's engagement, expressing both disappointment and congratulations.
