Of course Adrian Peterson has much to do with that, and although it seems he is still ramping up towards his absolute top form, he has posted 193 yards from 44 carries, averaging 4.4 yards, and scoring two touchdowns.
The Browns have been much less effective, and in their two losses so far they have scored just 16 points. Averaging eight points per game will not get them very far this season, and they offensive bluntness could cost them dearly this season.
They have lost 10-23 to the Miami Dolphins in week 1, and 6-14 on the road to Baltimore last week. Following this game they will go on a stretch of three consecutive home games.
