"Naomi and Vlad have broken up, and he's been out partying in New York," a source close to the situation told The Metro U.K.

The insider noted that Campbell and Doronin had a "business-like" romance.

Meanwhile, Campbell has been through rougher times. Last year, the British beauty was spotted using crutches and a wheelchair after reportedly being attacked and robbed in Paris.

According to multiple sources, Campbell was trying to hail a cab while in the City of Lights late last year when a band of "thugs" attacked her, according to The New York Post's Page Six.

During the scuffle, Campbell was "knocked over and robbed."

It is unclear what the robbers took from the model or what their motivation may have been.

According to French police who were investigating the incident, "it's believed they were targeting expensive jewelry she may have been wearing," read Page Six.

The incident resulted in a torn ligament in the model's leg, explaining her need for crutches and a wheelchair.

"It was terrifying," recounted one onlooker according to Page Six. "Naomi believes the assailant had been watching her, casing her out, and waited for a moment to strike when she was alone."

Although the 42-year-old fashion icon never commented on the injuries, she often updates her thousands of Twitter followers.

"Always remember you are a fine piece of china, don't let anyone treat you like a paper plate, blessed day X N," the supermodel posted recently.
