NeNe Leakes is reportedly gearing up to to re-marry her ex-husband, Gregg, in coming days and guests have allegedly been asked to sign individual release forms to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
The release forms require guests to promise that they "will not be under the influence of any medication or drugs that might impair my physical or mental ability to engage in the Activity or that might impair my judgment while engaging in the Activity," according to RadarOnline.com, which allegedly obtained a copy of the document.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is also asking that wedding guests confirm they are "in good health" and that they are "not currently and during one (1) year from today do not intend to be a candidate for public office."

In January Gregg, who was previously married to NeNe for more than one decade, proposed to her approximately 12 months after their divorce was finalized.
The pair, who wed in Atlanta in 1997, split during season three of the hit Bravo reality TV show. NeNe filed for divorce in Forsyth County on April 29, 2010 and the divorce was finalized in 2011.
Bravo TV producers recently confirmed that the mother of two had been given her very own spinoff show to air on the network in coming months. The wedding, which is set to take place on June 22, will be filmed and featured on Bravo TV's "I Dream Of NeNe: The Wedding."
Wedding guests are reportedly being warned not to bribe Bravo TV producers for air time in release documents.
"I represent and warrant that I gave nothing of value nor did I agree to give anything of value to anyone so I could be in the program," the form states.
In the event that a guest should breach his or her contract, a $50,000 penalty must be paid for each infraction.
NeNe's "Housewives" co-stars are all expected to attend her big day with Cynthia Bailey rumored to be part of her bridal party. The reality TV star recently confirmed that she is focused on looking her best.
"I will try to lose 10 pounds, but I don't want to be a skinny-a-- bride – I wanna be curvy!" NeNe previously told In Touch magazine.
"We are going to have a big fantasy wedding, probably in Atlanta this summer. My granddaughter Bri'asia will be there. She can't walk yet but we'll pull her down the aisle!" she revealed.
