O.J. Simpson and Khloe Kardashian Father and Daughter? 'Ridiculous' Claims, Says Jenner
New unconfirmed reports Tuesday suggested that O.J. Simpson has allegedly changed his will to include who he believes is his daughter: Khloe Kardashian. Critics, including Kris Jenner herself, doubt the veracity of any paternity claims, however.
The former NFL star, actor, and acquitted murder defendant spoke out earlier this year and claimed to be the father of 27-year-old Kardashian. Simpson claims that he had an affair with the reality television star's mother, Kris Jenner, in the 1980s.
"O.J. believes Khloe is his natural-born daughter through his affair with Kris Jenner when she was married to his buddy Robert Kardashian- and he wants to do something about it," said a source close to the situation, according to The National Enquirer.
"At 65, he's tired and becoming increasingly aware he may not ever leave prison alive. He says he wants to 'do the right thing,'" the questionable source added.
Notably, The National Enquirer is the only source that claimed Simpson allegedly changed his will in order to include Kardashian, which makes the story dubious at best.
When the rumors about Kardashian's paternity first arose, Jenner shot them down as being "ridiculous" and added that she wanted her daughter to take a DNA test while on the "Today" show.
"I felt like it would put her mind at rest," noted Jenner, who said the media had a strong affect on all of her daughters, and vice versa.
"The girls sell magazines … It's easy fodder. So the girls and I work together every single day, and we have an amazing relationship and … I know when to take that [manager] hat off and when to put it on. We have a nice relationship."
Robert Kardashian served as Simpson's attorney during the 1994-95 murder case. The Kardashian family had close ties with both him and his slain ex-wife Brown.
Although Simpson was acquitted for the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in the 1990s, Simpson is currently in jail serving a 33-year sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping after trying to recover sports memorabilia. If he fails his parole, the former athlete could be behind bars until he is 98 years old.
