OS X 10.9.2 Build Seeded to Developers, Brings FaceTime Audio
Apple seeded the OS X 10.9.2 build to registered Mac developers earlier this week. The new software has been made available just three days after the official rollout of OS X 10.9.1. This version is available to eligible developers through the Software Update mechanism found in the Mac App Store and can also be found in the Mac Dev Center.
Apple claims there are no major issues with the new build and has asked developers to focus their testing on areas such as Mail, Messages, VPN, Graphics Drivers and VoiceOver. The update also brings FaceTime Audio to the Mac for the first time. Information on other changes and fixes brought with the software is unavailable at this time. The official OS Mavericks update was released by Apple last month for free. It was rolled out around the same time as the new iPad Air and iPad mini with retina.

OS X Mavericks is compatible with iMac and MacBook Pros from 2007 or later, 2008 MacBook Air, MacBook, and Mac Pro or later, and the 2009 Mac mini or later.
Apple designed OS X Mavericks similar to iOS 7 as both will feature close to the same appearance. iOS 7 rolled out to mobile device users last month.
The company first introduced its new computer software at its World Wide Developers Conference back in June. It includes over 200 new features such as iBooks, improved multiple display support, iCloud Keychain, new Finder features, Maps, quick reply and lock screen notifications, auto-updating apps, and many other enhancements to improve battery life and performance.
Apple's last major update for its computers rolled out around this same time last year with OS X Mountain Lion. That version brought some of iOS 6's best features to the computers.
