'Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion' Brawl: Was Porsha 'Drunk?' (VIDEO)

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams was admittedly horrified by her own actions during the season 6 reunion show taping and a new report suggests the Bravo TV star may have been under the influence.

On Sunday viewers of the hit reality TV show were shocked to see Williams lunge at her co-star Kenya Moore during a heated exchange. The reality star attacked the former Miss USA and while she immediately regretted her violent behavior, she was subsequently arrested and booked on misdemeanor battery charges last week.

"I can't believe I did that! I have embarrassed myself!" a sobbing Williams – who was seen helplessly lying on the floor – said apologetically after the assault.

A new report suggests Williams, who has since received support from the majority of her fellow co-stars, may have been under the influence at the time of the attack. The Bravo TV star is yet to publicly address these rumors.

"Porsha was drunk … there were two bottles of wine in her dressing room. She came to fight Kenya and needed some liquid courage!" a source told RadarOnline.com.

"She is very unstable," the source went on. "She's been taking medications and mixing it with alcohol."

During filming Williams admitted to being "blacked out" and snapped while rehashing old wounds with her Bravo TV co-stars and she was subsequently sent home by Bravo TV executive Andy Cohen for resorting to violence. The rest of the reunion show taping took place without Stewart.

Moore, whose hair was pulled after she was pushed to the ground by an enraged Williams, explained her decision to press charges. The pair have been at odds since they both joined the show in season 5.

"If people get so angry that they lose control and admittedly 'black out' and resort to violence, those persons must be held responsible for their actions," Moore said in a recent statement obtained by Ebony.com.

"That's the lesson we should all want to send, especially to young people — that no matter how angry someone makes you feel by what they say to or about you, violence is never an option. #stoptheviolence," she added.

Williams is now rumored to be on the chopping block over the assault with reports claiming she will likely not return to the show in season 7.
