'Revenge' Season 3 Spoilers: 'Nothing Off Limits' for Emily in 'Spectacular' Finale

Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) continues her crusade to avenge her father's death on the hit ABC show, but as she moves closer to completing the task, she is put in more and more danger. Since the stakes are higher than ever for Emily, "Revenge" fans are wondering what is in store for the season finale.
Fortunately, more information on the finale, entitled "Execution," were made available this week. According to "Revenge" showrunner Sunil Nayar, the final episode of season three will feature "spectacular thing after spectacular thing happen in every act," according to TVLine.

Furthermore, new photos from the final hour of "Revenge" reveal Emily and Victoria standing in a graveyard as Emily digs a grave. Adding to the excitement surrounding the season three closer, it was previously revealed that there would be a death of a major character.
"With an episode like 'Execution,' it's no surprise that the show is planning another major death," Nayar told TV Guide.
Given the title of the episode, it also seems apparent how the death will occur. However, it remains unknown which character will be killed. Offering hints on the matter, Nayar revealed VanCamp's emotional reaction to the plot twist.
"I was standing next to [VanCamp] when she was sobbing over that passing, and I promise it will be surprising and impactful and alter the journey of all the characters on the show," the executive producer said.
"Revenge" airs on ABC Sundays at 10 p.m. EST. The synopsis for this week's "Impetus" is as follows: "Emily resorts to drastic actions against the Graysons and those who are close to her."
The season finale, "Execution," airs on Sunday, May 11. The synopsis is as follows: "Nothing is off limits as Emily and Victoria are dead set on destroying each other. Live will be lost and fates will be altered, but who will rise victorious?"
