"Being single sucks," read the image. "The only thing I get to do anymore is whatever the [expletive] I want to do."

Despite conflicting reports about her relationship with Chris Brown, longstanding rumors of their reconciliation persist in the media today. Furthermore, Rihanna was reportedly outraged that Brown was still hanging out with his ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran recently.

"Never underestimate a man's ability to make you feel guilty for his mistakes," Rihanna cryptically added to Twitter earlier this month.

The singers are allegedly planning to spend Christmas together in Rihanna's native Barbados, according to the Mirror U.K.

Perhaps the expensive purchase in the Pacific Palisades made up for Rihanna's displeasure with her love life.

The 24-year-old's new 11,000-square-foot home is complete with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an outdoor spa, pool, and sprawling grounds surrounded by mature oak and sycamore trees, according to Daily Mail.

"I literally wake up every morning at 530 ish and stare at my pool til the sun comes up! Just waiting! #isthismylife," the "Diamonds" singer posted to Twitter on Tuesday.

The purchase comes just months after Rihanna bought her mother, Monica Braithwaite, a brand new 5-bedroom home in Barbados.

Last month, Rihanna released her latest album "Unapologetic" which contains the hit songs "Stay" and "Diamonds," among others. The singer's seventh album also sees features by Chris Brown and Eminem.

On Tuesday, the busy singer performed on the season finale of "The Voice."

"Watch me perform tonight on The Voice, for the very first time," Rihanna posted to her over 27 million followers.
