Rihanna glorified God after becoming the new creative director for Puma in Herzogenaurach, Germany on Tuesday.

The "Diamonds" singer posted several photos to Instagram announcing her new position at Puma from the company's headquarters where she tackled her first creative session with the design team. Ahead of signing the dotted line with Puma, Rihanna took a moment to thank God for the unique business venture.

"Hello #PUMA," the seven-time Grammy Award-winner first posted on Dec. 16. "Nothing is impossible with God! Very grateful for this opportunity. #puma"

The post was not the first time Rihanna paused to credit God for her career. Earlier this year, the singer celebrated the ninth anniversary of her debut album "Music of the Sun" after her Roc Nation label recognized her accomplishments.

"@Rihanna debut album Music of the Sun came out 9 years ago…" Roc Nation tweeted before Rihanna retweeted it and added: "To God be the Glory #MusicOfTheSun thanks to all of you who've supported me throughout the years! I can't believe, already 9 years! I owe it to you man."

The singer, who has a cross tattooed on her neck, has also cited her faith when discussing the abuse scandal involving her ex-boyfriend, R&B singer Chris Brown.

"My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me," Rihanna told Glamour magazine in 2006. "But at some point you are there alone. It's a lonely place no one can understand. That's when you get close to God."

Meanwhile, Rihanna continues to make headlines for skin-baring fashions and controversial behavior. Nevertheless, Puma's top executive Bjorn Gulden said that signing Rihanna was "a fantastic step" for the German sportswear company.

"Her global profile, her charisma and individuality, her ambition- all these things make her a perfect brand ambassador for our brand," he said, according to Women's Wear Daily.
