Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Selling Marital Home

Robin Thicke's marital home with estranged wife Paula Patton was officially put on the market, according to new reports.

Thicke, the 37-year-old singer, and Patton, the 38-year-old actress, announced their split earlier this year after eight years of marriage and more than 20 years together. Now, the pair's two-story home once owned by Thicke's father is officially up for sale in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Although Thicke recently dedicated his seventh studio album to his estranged wife, it seems they may not patch things up now that their marital home is officially up for sale, according to TMZ.

"TMZ has confirmed the 3,158 square foot home was listed Monday with an asking price of $2,985,000," TMZ reports. "It was originally purchased by Robin's dad, Alan Thicke, back in 1990 for a paltry $910,000 -- though we're told Robin's name is now on the deed."

Last month Thicke appeared on Hot 97 radio station to reveal that the album is not a publicity stunt, since he has spent legitimate time away from the woman he has been romantically involved with since he was 14.

"I try to keep most of that private but … yeah, I haven't seen her in four months," Thicke admitted while promoting his latest album on the radio station. "And you know we're cool and she's the best girl in the world, great mother and still a good friend but you know because we weren't ever together anymore and I still had so much I wanted to apologize to her for and things I wanted to take responsibility for — that's pretty much what the album is about."

Patton spoke up about her feelings for Thicke in the June 2014 issues of Vanity Fair magazine. Despite media reports, Patton insists she will always love Thicke, who is the father of her 3-year-old son Julian Fuego.

"We've known each other since we were teenagers," she revealed to Vanity Fair. "All I can tell you is there's a deep love there- always was, and always will be."
