Samsung Galaxy S2 Offered for Free on Sprint During Spring Sale
The Samsung Galaxy S2, known as the Epic 4G Touch on Sprint, is now being offered for one cent on Amazon.com during the company's spring sale.
Android fans can now get their hands on what is arguably the flagship smartphone for Android software for next to no money.
The discounted price only applies to those who are willing to enter into a new contract with Sprint. The activation fee will be waived off the bill as well during this promotion.

AT&T ran a similar sale towards the end of last year where it offered it second variant of the Galaxy S2, known as the Skyrocket, for just a penny shortly after its initial release in October.
The Galaxy S2 is not the only hot Android phone being offered on Sprint by Amazon for the special sale.
Other smartphones in the sale include the white version of the Galaxy S2, the HTC Evo, the HTC EVO Shift, the Samsung Nexus S, the Samsung Epic 4G, the HTC EVO 3D and the Motorola Photon 4G.
The Samsung Galaxy S2 is expected to receive the Ice Cream Sandwich update in the near future. However, it seems to keep getting pushed back as it was rumored to arrive on March 10, but was delayed without another release date being announced.
Sprint's version of the Galaxy S2 features a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus WVGA display, an 8-megapixel camera capable of filming in 1080p HD, and the latest version of TouchWiz UI.
It runs on the Sprint's 4G WiMAX network and was the first version of the Samsung Galaxy S2 to be released in the U.S. AT&T and T-Mobile followed suit shortly after. The device's popularity has even made carrier's release white versions.
