Samsung Galaxy S3 Surfaces Again in Another Leaked Photo
Just when you thought there could not be anymore leaks with the device's unveiling only two days away, yet another picture has surfaced that some are claiming to be the Samsung Galaxy S3.
The picture was leaked to SamMobile this week and it is said to be a Galaxy S3 with Android 4.0.4 out of the box. It also displays the model number as GT-I9300, which has been known to be the actual code name for the S3.
The device somewhat resembles the Galaxy S2.
Other features on the device in the picture include a 12-megapixel camera, a notification LED similar to the one on the Blackberry, and a home button at the bottom.
There have been other rumored specifications for the device that contradict this new leak and have the Galaxy S3 featuring an 8-megapixel camera.
Samsung has not confirmed any of these features.
However, it is widely expected that the Galaxy S3 will have Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich when it is launched, along with LTE.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S3 on May 3, at its "Mobile Unpacked" event that it has sent out invitations to that read "Come and meet the next Galaxy."
The company has not confirmed that it will be revealing the S3, but many signs point to the event being the time that Samsung will unveil it to the world.
Other pictures of what is thought to be the Galaxy S3 have already leaked, and with the device already out there, it cannot be too much longer until it hits shelves.
Samsung did confirm that the device will feature a quad-core processor and that it will be named the Galaxy S3, contrary to other rumors stating that the company would choose another name.
