'Spider-Man' reboot movie to be released in 2017 – A young Spider-Man will fight a new villain, Kraven the Hunter.

The "Spider-Man" reboot movie is scheduled for a July 28, 2017 release and the new Peter Parker is played by Tom Holland. The "Spider-Man" reboot will feature a very young Spidey – just 15-16 years old who will be juggling homework, trying to make friends and getting to know his powers. Young Spidey is rumored to come up against a new villain, Kraven the Hunter. But before he gets his own movie, the young Spiderman will fight on Iron Man's side in "Captain America: Civil War."

There are no details about the reboot's storyline, but it is going to be vastly different from the previous Spider-Man films - "Spider-Man" (Toby Maguire) and "The Amazing Spider-Man" (Andrew Garfield) franchises. The film is not going to revisit the "Origins of Spider-Man" scenario. Instead, it will have a teenage Spidey dealing with high school, homework and living with Aunt May, who will be played by Marissa Tomei.

Having a teenage Peter Parker alongside 'The Avengers', will bring in youth power to the Avengers as he will relate to the youth. The comics and television has already done this. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige has his vision for "Spider-Man." As reported by Screen Rant, he said, "It will not be an origin story. But, with great power comes great responsibility. It is inherent to who his character is. But we want to reveal it in different ways and spend much more time focusing on this young high school kid in the MCU dealing with his powers… There is a young kid [already] running around New York City in a homemade version of the Spider-Man costume in the MCU, you just don't know it yet. [Laughs]"
