'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Pulled Over for Speeding - Must Appear in Court Again for Citation

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans was pulled over and cited for speeding on Monday, April 28 while driving in Columbus County, North Carolina. It's the latest in a batch of legal woes for the young mother who is expecting her second child with boyfriend Nathan Griffith.

She will appear in court on June 10 to deal with her ticket and possibly her probation, which could be threatened if she is found guilty of violating it. However, it's incredibly unlikely that she could see any jail time for the speeding offense, since it is so minor. Evans has been in and out of jail for the past five years due to drug use and other charges.

Boyfriend Griffith was also just recently released for resisting arrest after being charged with drunk driving. He has been on his best behavior after being released and publicly admitted that he was wrong to drink while under the influence and regrets tussling with officers during his arrest. It was not a proud moment for the former Marine.

The happy family reunited and celebrated with a day at the beach recently, with Evans proudly displaying her 8-month baby bump and son Jace. Evans has worked hard to spend time with son Jace, as viewers saw during this season of "Teen Mom 2." She sobered up and got together with Griffith, who has been a stable factor (for the most part) in her life.

Evans will continue filming for "Teen Mom 2" and hopefully viewers will get an opportunity to see her second son once he arrives this summer. MTV has renewed the popular series, made popular because of the drama and the excitement the girls bring to the series. It's a huge boost for MTV's ratings and a joy for fans who have followed the lives of Evans and three others since their pregnancies aired on "16 & Pregnant."

"Teen Mom 2" airs on MTV.
