Yvette Prieto: Who Is Michael Jordan's New Wife?
Michael Jordan has tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto in Florida over the weekend.
The 50-year-old basketball legend had been dating Prieto for five years. The 34-year-old is a Cuban-American model who had moved in with Jordan in 2009 before the couple announced their engagement in 2011.
Saturday's nuptials took place in Palm Beach at Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, according to Us Weekly.

Jordan and Prieto then hosted a reported 2,000 friends and family members during a reception at the Bear's Club in Jupiter, Fla. The venue has been dubbed the "largest attendance in wedding history," locals told JeffRealty.com. Tiger Woods, Patrick Ewing and Jordan's former teammate Scottie Pippen were among the celebrity wedding guests.
Guests enjoyed performances by superstars such as Usher, Robin Thicke, K'Jon, DJ MC Lyte, as well as the large group The Source.
The couple chose a 7-layer white rum cake by Edda's Cake Designs that was decorated with sugar crystals.
The bride wore a French silk voile corseted J'Aton Couture gown that came complete with handmade silk lace and Swarovski crystals, according to Jordan's representative.
White roses, peonies, and tulips with purple accents provided decorations for the event, and afterward, the flowers were donated to the Jupiter Medical Center.
It is Jordan's second marriage. The NBA star was married to his first wife Juanita for 17 years before their divorce was settled for a reported $150 million, according to Forbes.
Jordan has three children from his first marriage; sons Jeffrey Michael, 24, and Marcus James, 22, as well as daughter Jasmine, 19.
Meanwhile, the 6-time NBA champion has become an avid golfer in recent years.
Last year, Jordan had reportedly been banned from a country club in south Florida for wearing cargo pants during a golf outing.
The Bobcats owner and legendary athlete failed to abide by a rule that golfers at La Gorce must wear a collared shirt and Bermuda shorts while on the course. Although Jordan was given an opportunity to change clothes, his refusal to do so resulted in his exclusion.
"He won't be invited back," a source close to the incident told The New York Post.
According to Jordan's representatives, the athlete was made aware of his dress code violation after his golfing match was already underway.
The reps noted that if Jordan was banned from the Miami club, it would be "their loss."
"We were not made aware that he is not allowed to return to La Gorce," Jordan's PR group said. "I guess it's their loss- as M.J. is a great golfer, and a great guest."
