Prolife Face-masks fill a need during COVID-19
On April 15 2020, an organization called “We Are Pro-Abortion” (WAPA) announced new masks with the same phrase “Pro-Abortion” slapped across the fabric. While everyone is facing the coronavirus, the abortion lobby is still trying to get women to the clinics so their preborn children can be killed.
Fortunately, the pro-life movement has not been silent. The pro-life fashion company Culture of Life 1972 (COL1972) has stepped up.
When WAPA released its masks, COL1972 started to work tirelessly to counter them.
“Nothing can be less fashionable or glamorous than an abortion face mask,” COL1972 Co-founder and Chief Designer Carla D'Addesi said of WAPA’s tasteless design.
Carla D’Addesi and her family, who founded COL1972, have created super cute masks which read “life is essential,” as well as a variety of other designs (including the iconic leopard print design) as shown in the pictures below.
In addition, the owners of COL1972 hand-made one-of-a-kind masks out of vintage Lilly Pulitzer Palm Beach Print scarves, which already sold out!
Though not guaranteed to prevent you from spreading or contracting the coronavirus, even homemade cloth masks can help slow down the spread, according to the CDC. Masks are not only recommended to wear during this pandemic but also help save the lives of the preborn in a unique way.
According to some studies carried out by the Guttmacher Institute, one of the main reasons why women have abortions is because of financial difficulty. It is encouraging to see a company supporting women, especially during these challenging times. Through the COL1972 Foundation, 100% of the profits go to organizations which aim to create a culture of life.
In a recent tweet WAPA stated its goal is “to be able to support independent clinics when our budget allows for it.” This organization cares more about providing money to abortion clinics to kill babies than lifting women out of the situations which leave them feeling like they gave no other option but abortion.
Not yet. Our goal is to be able to support independent clinics when our budget allows for it.
