Are Rob Kardashian and Karrueche Tran really dating each other?
The rumors of Rob Kardashian dating Chris Brown's ex, Karrueche Tran, started with an innocuous selfie. Karrueche sent a selfie to Rob in which she appears to be without make-up and giving the selfie pout. Rob took to Instagram with Karrueche's selfie and wrote, "I like when she send me pictures." Rob also added a few emojis as well.
This was immediately 'liked' by lots of followers and news spread that maybe the two are dating. Also to be noted is the fact that Rob has Karrueche named as "Karrooooooooochieeeeee" in his phone contact list. That does suggest a lot of familiarity.
Rob Kardashian, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant and Kris Jenner's reclusive son, must have had a strong motive to put Karrueche Tran's selfie on his Instagram account knowing fully well she has a past with Chris Brown. Rob knows only too well that this might attract attention. He is anyway trying to make himself seen and heard on social media.

But Rob clamped down on all the "dating with Karrueche" rumors by taking again to Instagram to shut down the rumors. Rob Kardashian claimed that he and Karrueche are high school friends and have known each other since then.
Reports say Rob refuting these dating rumors might have been done to place Chris, 26, off of his trail. From earlier reports, we know that Chris has not taken kindly to other men expressing interest in Karrueche, his ex, who left him when she came to know he had fathered Royalty with another woman.
In April, Tyson Beckford had taken a selfie with Karrueche when they were together in Las Vegas. Chris and Tyson had gone into a war of words on the social media. Then in August, R&B star Marques Houston had praised a picture of Karruche online. Chris' crew sent Houston a pic of firearms. With this history, Rob might be diverting attention from the dating rumors by rubbishing them.
