'Chicago Fire' Season 4 Episode 18 Spoilers: 'On The Warpath' Tackles Murder Case, Fire Emergency, And A Wedding
NBC's hit procedural drama TV series "Chicago Fire" Season 4 returns this week with a brand new episode that will be filled to the brim with intense developments including a murder inadvertently witnessed, a fire emergency response call gone wrong, and a wedding.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "On The Warpath," Brett will respond to an emergency call involving a victim who got incapacitated due to a leg wound. Things quickly turn for the worse when all of a sudden, a shooter shows up to finish off the fallen man. He then threatened the operative.
The promo video shows exactly how the grim moment takes place. The clip shows Sylvie tending to a man who appears to have been shot in the leg. The procedure went fine until a hooded man approaches and shoot the wounded man with a revolver.

"Give me your ID," the mysterious man demanded. Perhaps this is to make sure that the responding officer won't tell the police about the incident.
Of course, this won't sit well with her colleagues who will prod about the incident. The next scenes showed her browsing through a collection of images of the suspects. The hooded man can then be seen prowling the streets as if stalking Brett.
In another development, the TFC summary said that Firehouse 51 will jump into action when a fire breaks out inside a restaurant. What makes the emergency call very challenging is the fact that a lot of people are trapped inside a vault. Will they be able to help the victims in time?
And then there's the wedding that fans of both "Chicago Fire" and "Chicago PD" has all been waiting for. The characters who will be saying their "I Dos" are firefighter Mouch and police sergeant Platt. Everyone is excited for the couple but the groom-to-be seems to be having some cold feet. Will the wedding be called off?
