Does Daredevil start the Civil War in 'Captain America: Civil War?'

Viewers know that there will be a civil war between Captain America's side and Iron Man's side. They know it will be about the Superhero Registration Act. But do they know why the registration is necessary and why the two superheroes who want to make the world a better place are now bitter foes? It is possible that Daredevil may have started the civil war.

Marvel, while promoting "Civil War," did a big revelation. According to Comic Book, the two movies are linked, Marvel has been tweeting that "Age of Ultron" leads to "Civil War."

According to MovieWeb, "Captain America: Civil War" will try to clean up the mess created by "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Iron Man, in his eagerness to keep the world safe, creates the ultimate machine, Ultron. But Ultron has his own mind and comes to the conclusion that he has to eliminate humans to save Earth. So a rampage ensues, Ultron is subdued but at what cost? The superheroes have left a trail of destruction, with cities and property destroyed and innocent people killed.

In the end, all the superheroes go their own ways - Thor returns to Asgard, Tony Stark goes back to his life and Hawkeye goes back to his family. Captain America and Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow are left to train the new generation of Avengers - War Machine, the Vision, Falcon and Scarlet Witch.

There is now political pressure for accountability from the superheroes. A new governing body will give the superheroes their assignments. This will divide the superheroes. At this point, an event by another team of superheroes causes huge destruction and triggers the civil war.

Moviepilot.com points out a possible scenario. It is highly possible that "Daredevil" Season 2 on Netflix is setting up a stage where there is a Stamford-like explosion as what happens in the comic book. If Daredevil, Elektra, Bullseye and The Punisher got involved in a major firefight and the movie opens with the superheroes trying to save the world but causing major explosions, killing innocent people and answerable to no one, this could set off a chain of events that would culminate in the 'Civil War.'

In the meantime, viewers will just have to wait to find out if Daredevil and his crew are indeed the cause. "Captain America: Civil War" will hit the big screens on May 6, 2016.
